In February, two scheduled church visits were canceled, which at first was unexpected, but the Lord used that change of plans as a time of rest for our souls. In the midst of ongoing ministry opportunities, it became a needed season to slow down, reflect, and be refreshed in His presence. We were reminded that rest is not a pause from the work, but a necessary part of it, allowing us to return strengthened and ready to continue serving where He leads.
